There are two insurable types through PRF Insurance including grazing and haying acres.

Grazing acres must be:

  • Established acreage for perennial forage
  • Intended for grazing by livestock
  • Acreage must be suitable for grazing
  • Must be planted prior to July 1 of the previous crop year

Haying acres must be:

  • Established acreage for perennial forage
  • Intended for haying
  • Acreage must be suitable for haying
  • Must be planted prior to July 1 of the previous crop year
